ive seen that alot of you drink soy milk over regular milk.. ive been drinking alot of skim milk recently (for the protein) .. is there anything wrong with regular milk other than the carbs?
I can't give much input, but I think Soy Milk is generally healthier than regular milk. The reasons, I'm not sure of. I think Soy has more vitamins/minerals, but I'm probably wrong. I actually love the taste of Soy Milk, too. If it's healthier and tastes better, then that's just godly.
