I tried these for the first time tonight. I loved them :D I've been trying to add some explosive exercises to my routine. I worked up to 95 x 5 this evening. It felt a little awkward as I don't do any overhead moves, but I liked them nonetheless. Going to try hang cleans tomorrow...
 
I added overhead in last month...last stage of the 1 year of rehab. I really like those too! I'm anxious to see what (if any) carry over I see to my bench.

What's your split looking like now, with all this new stuff added in?
 
Sounds like rehab is going well for you :)

Still working on my split. It's all moved around this week because I'm headed out of town for the weekend. Tentatively, I'm thinking something like this:

Sunday- Squat and legs
Monday- Speed Bench, AR/Sled work
Tuesday- Speed Squat, possibly sprints
Wednesday- Bench and chest
Thursday- Deadlift and back
Friday- Shoulders/Biceps, AR/Sled work, possibly sprints
Saturday- Board Presses and Triceps

I feel like I need some more days of the week with all of this going on, lol.

Any suggestion on this Spatts?

which looks like??? jsut curious cause my workout schedule is sorta like Bigguns & Im so tired from the oly lifts today that I have zero energy to hit back & chest tomorrow morning.
 
it would look like:

1- Squat and legs
2- Speed Bench,
off=AR/Sled work
3 Speed Squat
off=sprints
4 - Bench and chest
5 - Deadlift and back
off= AR/Sled work, possibly sprints
6 - Shoulders/Biceps
7 - Board Presses and Triceps
off=upper body ar
start over
