Im 6ft 220lbs but I want more muscle size. I think always keeping low calories has stunted my growth for the past few years.
When Summer is Over I want to start an extreme muscle building routine. I will only do compound movements for large bodyparts!
No arm exercises just the heavy stuff!
Squats
Deadlifts
chins
military press
bench press
Just the heavy basics. I read an article by bill star I think. He said for big arms- Squat.
Maybe I will try that 20 rep squat routine 2 days per week or something..
I will now increase my calories from the usual 200-2500 - 3500+
Any recommendations???
