I've never pulled 575 before, and this really took me by surprise because this was my fourth time in the gym in two months. For a couple of days this week, I'd eat a can of beans or a few eggs for breakfast, then live off the leftover king sized bowl of French onion dip and chips in the breakroom fridge that was left from a staff meeting. Then maybe have a chicken breast or a few eggs or something like that when I got home. Yesterday, I had two McDonald's double cheeseburgers for breakfast, then a chicken breast chunked up in some egg noodles for dinner and a snack.
Seriously. That was some crazy shit.
