I have no idea what that means. I have an unrefined palate. Im guessing broccoli and sausage with pasta in a red sauce? the broccoli sounds nasty in a red sauce so maybe I'm wrong. lol

recently i'm loving spinach salad with grapes. toss some chicken cubes/strips in there and your good to go. no need for dressing or anything. the grapes make all the difference!!
