Good read - I've been drinking more lowfat milk - taking calcium and I've added a daily soy protein. I think it is important to get as many different sources of complete proteins as possible into my diet. Trying to not be lazy about it and keeping the whey for post workout only. The only thing it did not touch on is how much protein you need to build up muscle tissue... The key question is not how much you put in but what your body is capable of doing with it once it's in there.

yes, i noticed that too :( I just wanteds to let people know that too much protein w/o proper calcium supps. would actually make you weaker. i for one didnt know this till now

i get tonnes of calcium daily. 1500-2000mg. between the skim milk, whey protein powder, calcium supplement, and multivitamin, I don't think I have anything to worry about. :)
