Periodization of higher than "normal" protein, then "normal" protein intake while increasing fats, has a lot of merit. If ya don't know, well, ya don't know.
I get that much because inside my diet I eat 8 chicken breasts a day along with 4 pro shakes and 2 cans of tuna among other things so it isnt hard to reach that nimber once you get used to that much food. Its been good so far Ive been on this diet for about 6 months. Went from 250 to 270 bf went from 13 to 14.4%.
