well sometimes I only get 390 per day, but that is the minimum on training days...As I said swolecat made this program for me based on my stats...and he increased it over the course of a couple months{I need to hire him again}...By the way have you seen the incredible transfromations this man helps poeple with ?...I may drop the protein down and up the carbs a little but this has worked rather well...It has kept me from getting super blaoted which I'm real bad about while bulking.
umm i weigh 225 at 14%. im looking to lose a bit of body fat while putting on a bit of muscle. im on the second week of my first cycle and im a poor student. its hard for me to get a million grams of protein into me.. i eat tuna and salmon and try to stay away from carbs.. other then that anyone have any suggestions on how to keep carbs fairly low and protein high?

There is no correct answer numb nuts...we all do not respond the same as others...The diet that I'm following was designed by swolecat, and this is what he suggested that I do...I take in 70 grams of protein every 2-2.5 hours...
