Protein bars

Does anyone have any suggestions about which protein bar offers the highest protein, lowest sugar/fat/calories and still tastes decent?

I have a tough time being able to mix a protein drink and work and, mid-morning and mid-afternoon, I either drink a Myoplex Lite Ready-to-Drink vanilla protein drink or eat either a Myoplex Lite chocolate peanut-butter crisp bar or a Myoplex Deluxe chocolate peanut-butter bar (which I find is too much caramel in it).

Any other suggestions?

Get some Universal Animal Snak bars, taste so freakin' good, loaded with 30gr of differente protein sources like whey, casein, soy, egg, good card and fat ratio and the animalpak complex.

I like the protein sources in it but the 29g of sugar and the 4g of fat are higher than what I would like.

I think Eas and Met-rx have bars with 0g sugar and replaced with sugar alcohol - so I would say those are you 'healthiest' alternatives for a protein bar.

I wouldn't make them a staple in your diet, but they certainly aren't going to kill you and definitely allow you to more easily get your 5 or 6 meals in for the day..

you could also make your own alot cheaper and easy to make just look up homemade protien bars as a google search and there are plenty to choose from thats what i do..
