I hear this quite a bit and from what I see it appers to be a common dosage when on is first prescribed the HCG for TRT. I just started this protocol three months ago.
Age 34, Test was 304 then
It is now 625 and I feel quite a bit better.
If it's jacked up let me know so I can throw it in the docs face but I keep hearing this is normal. Thought?
Thank you
HCG is not a testosterone therapy just because it helps increase the testosterone levels is not an HRT fix for the long run!
Honestly there are many school of thoughts how to run HCG but mine is that the less you use HCG the better is going to serve you long term. Usage should be no more than than 2 weeks at the time every 3-4 months IMO. I kept it like this for years and I had no negative side effects from it. HCG is only used to keep your balls to normal size and that's it.
Here is a simple protocol
----2 week time maybe 3 weeks if need it------
500iu EOD for the 2 weeks and you are done. OR
1000iu E3D for 2 weeks
Doing HCG for TRT long term is a mistake if you ask me.
There are ppl doing as little as 250IU 2x a week too so you can see how this can be debatable!..lol
But im not convinced it's the right thing to do continuosly as part of TRT along with testosterone therapy.
If you read the mechanisms of how HCG and how tesotesterone work as part of HRT you will see the bigger picture.
In a nutshell HCG is just the signal from the brain to the balls to produce testosterone. Testosterone injections is straight up test. If your balls get too much stimulation from HCG you can damage those receptors and then you are pretty much screwed!
Can't have kids and HCG wont do anything for you anymore.
Hope this helps and btw tell you doc to give injectible test if you want to go HRT if not you are going to need to lay off the HCG man
