alright end of the months = progress pics.

This month wasn't too good as far as progress goes. I went to FLA on the 10th and came back maybe the 17th or 18th. Hit the gym a few times since then, but snow kept me out towards the beginning of the month and also fucked me the last 2 days. Maybe i got 5-7 workouts in between this time? Anyways, not great progress but here are some pics;

Shits still weak on my right ^^ fucking weak.

Current PRs;

Squat- 200 x 3 sets x 2 reps (little hard)
Deadlift- 265x5- hard
Bench- 145x3x3- pretty easy
Military (just started again)- 90x5- not that hard

seeing your age I assume you aren't real experienced.

To balance your arms you need to focus more on form not weight.. Do NOT overwork your right arm trying to play catchup. You are probably just overpowering your arm with your back or chest in certain exercises. Try doing low weight just getting a fluid motion down and then get back to the weight.

If you are as weak in the right as you claim you are doing something wrong, it isn't genetics.

the reason i thought it is somewhat genetic is because even before i started lifting, my right arm has always been smaller. Whenever i flex my bicep, it trembles. It's not like my arms weren't imbalanced before i started lifting; my left one was visibly bigger and i am right handed.

it can be from an ability or habit you do rather than genetics..... lets face it your arms aren't that big so a little habit or activity that stresses your left fairly regularly could make a big difference visually and strength wise (% wise)

Mid august pics back and chest.... the one of my back is pretty blury, and photobucket isn't working so i tried some new site that is even worse.
