Progress Check

This week I've been checking my progress after completing the nine week WSB cycle.
I check my squat first which is up 25 lbs from nine weeks ago. This is the really exciting one I hit a 55 pound PR on the deadlift. I was very excited.
I'll test my bench in a few days after the soreness goes away so I'm fresh. Suffice to say I'm very impressed with WSB and will be continuing on it.

Sure thing my stats are 5'10" 170lbs. I ate around 3500 calories (I'd guess) a day I drank alot of water about 1.5 liters a day. I use a daily vitamin, it's a generic centrum and protein powder that was really the only supplements.
I slept a good 8 hours every night and did 1 gpp workout per week in inclusion to the 2 ME and 2 DE days.
Also I worked my calves on DE lower days and grip and forearms on DE upper.

looks good bro, good progress. Im curently on 5X5 with decent results...thinking about WSB when this stalls out. You reccomend??

I felt real good today so I tested the bench and got a 15 pound PR. Not quite as good as I was hopeing as I've put alot of work into my bench. This up-coming nine weeks I plan to increase my workout load greatly. I've been doing weighted runs, more of a jog really, for the last 4 weeks or so. If anyone could tell me their GPP workouts I'd be interested.
