problem cutting fat?

I am currently taking 100mg tren eod and winny 50mg ed. I am in week 5 and have not noticed my mid section getting any leaner. Strength has gone up dramatically. Diet is great. Taking in 2500-3000 cals a day and 1-1.5 gallons of water. i am 6'5 270 13%bf. Doing cardio 30 min after workout every day. Should I start to incorporate fat burners, if so which ones? Anything else I should be doing? Help would be great guys, its very frusturating. Thanks.
 
Err....Weird! (Post this on Ana-board too if you havent).

Check your cals again and try cutting carbs maybe? Tren tends to fuck with people's insulin sensitivty in VERY different ways (although I'm assuming you've ran this before?)
 
bro in all honesty, winstorl will definately help keep the muscle, but its your diet/cardio that's going to shred you. I have done 3 winstrol cycles and have gotton better results 4 years ago when i just dieted. The winstrol back then would have greatly helped in keeeping lean body mass. Last few weeks, i was eating clean and perfect at 2200 calories, with cardio and thermorexin, and didn't loose a lb. THis week, i cut caloires big time, most cals comming from protein (kept protein in the 250gm range) and wow, what a difference, already trimming the gut. Your gonna need to cut cals, ...some of these guys cut cals till like something ridiculous like 1200. You gotta find whats right for you. Good luck - str8cubano

Depending on your activity level, your BMR is 2500 and 3500 calories. If you are taking in the same amount of calories as your BMR, you won't be losing weight at least as fast as you would if you dropped it down a bit. I would say try lowering your calorie count to no more than 2500 a day and continue your current activity level. If nothing changes still, make adjustments. The gear is not going to make you lose fat. Bottom line is calories taken in < calories required = fat burned

Not that I think of it, the winny will allow you to take your calories even lower and still keep strength and spare muscle. I would go as low as you can stand as far as calorie count, but don't go much below 1800.

Whoa!

Is that the Etheopian diet?

I don't like to go below maintenenace cals. Create a deficit through your workouts.

Definately post your diet, there might be foods that you can cut to help you with the fat loss.

It depends on your size, age, gender, etc. If you're 5'4" and 130 pounds 1200 calories might be right. It's not gonna be that low for a 6'5", 270 pound man though.
