Probiotic question

[FONT=&quot]2. Take on full stomach so that the stomach is less acidic and the probiotic makes it to the intestines better.[/FONT]

I would just follow the instructions on the probiotic packing.

2. Take on full stomach so that the stomach is less acidic and the probiotic makes it to the intestines better.


Which is true? Should I take one on empty and another on full?

Why would they 'need space'?
