Primo/Test/Anavar+This Diet=Shredded???

I currently have been on a clean bulking diet that brakes down like:
3200 cals
335 protein
260 carbs
85 fats

The outlined diet below is what I have come up with to run with my primo/var/test cycle which looks like:
600mg primo wks 1-10
350mg test wks 1-10
40mg var wks 4-12
1mg armidex ed

I'm currently at 210lbs 10%bf. Goal is to get down to at least 8%bf while maintaining size. Tell me what you think of this diet.....

meal 1- 1/2 cup oats/8egg whites/1tbsp pb
=40/25/15

meal 2(PWO)- dextrose/2.5scops protein
=60/75

meal 3- 2slices wheat bread/3chicken breasts/1tbsp flax
=80/25/20

meal 4-1/4cup brown rice/3chicken breasts/1tbsp flax
=80/30/15

meal 5- 1cup g-beans/2scops pro/1tbsp pb
=50/10/10

meal 6- 2chicken breasts/1tbsp flax
=50/15

Total-
2800 cals
360 protein
165 carbs
75 fats
2 gallons of H20

i thikn u can get away with increasing the carbs a little bit. 165 seems a little low. As long as its like the carbs in your diet now, you should be fiune imo. Cycle looks great

8 chicken breasts per day?!? Fair play to you bro, but I certainly couldn't do that for more than a few days - it'd sicken me after a week easily!

Cycle looks shit hot though!
 
It should get you there. If you need you can throw some steak/tuna in there so the chicken doesn't bore you to death!

shit u reminded me... i still have before pics i need to get up... welll not tongiht. we are having the premier of that new Drew Barrymore movie at my other job.. maybe an after party deal, who knows? haha

but i agreee get some steak and fish in there too bro
 
I did a clean natural bulk with a diet that looked almost like that one. I now hate chicken breasts and they sicken me now when I see them.
 
not to hijack this thread or get off topic, but here's a question about this cycle i'm wondering about. First off, i think your cycle looks great and it's well thought through, at least as far as my knowledge goes.

I am wondering though, even though you aren't doing massive calories, you know like 4000+, wouldn't you still expect to see some gains through this cycle? I would think that with 10 weeks on primo with test and var added that you could expect to see some LBM gains of at least 5-10lbs, or am i thinking way off base?

Again, not meant to hijack the thread, but just the cycle brings up that question for me and it would help me understand a bit about what to expect at that level with a similar diet.

Thanks for the feedback fellas.....Unfortunately I'm a pretty picky eater and chicken is my bread and butter. Been on similar diets(basically all chicken for protein) for the past 3 years and it doesn't bother me. Sweed- I think I will up the carbs in meal 5 to 30grams instead of 10grams. That will bump up my total cals from 2800 to about 2900.

Cornfish-I made sure to keep my bf relatively low this winter when bulking up, so I wouldn't have mass amounts of bf to get rid of when cutting. Like I said I'm at 10%bf now, want to get down to 8%. Thats not too bad. Hopefully with this diet and gear I should be able to also GAIN a little lean mass while doing it. That is part of the reason I choose primo as my main steroid for this cycle, as it works so well on a calorie restricted diet.

Starting next week will keep you guys updated.
