MCT is a seperate oil type, only UDOs choice has a blen of FLax and MCT. Otherwise you have to get the MCT as a sole product.

MCT oil = medium chain tryglyceride oil. It is a unique fat in that it can be used for energy just as a carbohydrate but will never raise insulin levels.
