Ok, here it is. I'm getting ready for a show, and I just started the final phase of my diet. Right now I'm dieting on a 2:1 ratio. 2 days no carbs low fat, 1 day low carbs low fat. Here's the problem, everytime I get to my carb day I start freaking out. I can't eat any kind of carbs without going insane. If your wondering what the carbs are on my carb day it's plain oatmeal and potatoes. Is there a diet that I can do and still get really hard which has no carbs in it? I really need your help guys.
