Is this pretty much year round or just when dieting?
I've been doing this for over a year now, and have gained 30+ lbs of lbm, using low doses of aas.

Just an FYI ...instant oats are junk as are weight gainers.......

and I'm assuming that chicken salad is loaded with mayo???? We need to work on you boss....

Instant are junk......slow cooking are fine....plus those packets are loaded with sugar........

Right. Rolled oats or steel cut oats are usually good choices. If one wants a low GI grain, barley is the best choice, but some people do not dig the taste.

great thread, what about the guys that get up early (in my case) to workout..i have been getting up at 330am to have a banana and a protein shake (22g protein) mixed in water, 5g creatine + flax. Go back to sleep, wake up to be in the gym by 5am sip gatorade, come home and have 6 eggs (1 whole) and a cup of oats, go to work have a shake mid morning (all shakes mixed in water) have lunch usually chicken or tuna w/yams or baked potato and veggies, afternoon have another shake, go home eat dinner, chicken and yams and before bed have another shake? im trying to gain lean muscle mass while cutting fat? should i be mixing my shakes with fat free milk? do i need more food?
