I am not a competitive powerlifter, but I train more or less like a powerlifter for football and I am looking for some diet advice. I am 5'11" and a good playing weight for me is around 235.....I can get much heavier, but I am too slow with the added bodyfat, and I can get lighter too, but it tends to make me weak and leave me feeling depleted, I see p-lifters who look hard and lean, and they obviously are strong, so I was wondering what kind of a diet you guys would advise......expecially guys in the 242's around my height......thanks a lot.
