For me? I wouldnt make the switch...........When trying to get into contest prep condition, I actually stop the dextr., as my body can't handle all that simple sugar......I think you're are better off with the oats...........as for the almonds, I eat 3 cups (at least ) of peanuts every night...............no ill effects. but remeber, its me....some will tell you otherwise, I think you got the right idea now.............
