Is it ok to eat a bag of popcorn at the end of the day for a small snack? I stuck to my diet all day long eating 6 times today all lean burgers, egg whites, chicken strips, stuff like that.....just lemme know. thanks all

Air-popped, no butter, no salt = good source of fiber and really not that bad in terms of carbs.

Microwave-baggable 2x butter 4x salt stuff = super-nasty, saturated/trans-fat crap.

Popcorn, depending on how it's prepared, has a very broad range of calories, fat and sodium.

RU Serious?

If your diet is on point, a fucking bag of popcorn won't hurt anything.

IMO there are better options for a late nite snack that will actually benefit your dietary needs. If your eating it as a cheat meal, then go for it, but otherwise find a more appropriate snack.
