How does it look? Im going for strength/mass.

MONDAY-Chest&Biceps

chest- Bench Press -8,6,4
incline db press -8, 6,4
flys -10,8
pushups to failure

Biceps- BB curls-8,6,4
preacher curls- 8,6,4
cable curls 8,6,4

TUESDAY-legs

squats 8,6,4
extensions- 8,6,4
curls-8,6,4
Seated calf raises 12,10,10,8

WEDNESDAY-OFF

THURSDAY-Back& traps

Back- deadlifts 8,6,4
chins-10,8,6
seated rows 8,6,4

Traps- 10,10,8,6


FRIDAY-Shoulders&triceps

Shoulders- military press- 8,6,4
machine lateral raises- 8,6,4
front raises-8,6,4

Tri- Close grip bb-8,6,4
one arm overhead extensions-8,6,4
pushdows-8,6,4


Comments: I like the rep scheme 8,6,4 because it allows me to use heavy weight, and it keeps my intensity through the roof which I like. I think my body responds a hell of alot better to low reps.

I was using a 12,10,8 rep scheme a few months ago and did not like it. My intensity wasnt as high and didnt use heavy weight.

i usually do a chest&tri,back&bi,legs,shoulders routine and i want something different.

BTW IM 18yrs old, 5"7 and 170 lbs.

It looks pretty good, but I'd suggetst switchin up your leg day so that you arent doing squats and deads two days in row.This is how I had my workout schedule too but squats and deads where killin me two days in a row so I switched them up.Just a suggestion.
 
Id take out the flat flies.

I just tore my pec/bicep area on wednesday while doing them.

(hope its just a tear)
 
thanks scott. I didnt noticed i would be doing deads and squats 2 days in a row. I edited the routine by just taking wed off, instead of thursday, and doing back&traps on thursday.
