Please critique PICS | DIET | SUPPLEMENTS | Advice for SARMS / TRT for 37 yr old?

Looking for some advice and not sure what to take -
Think I'll try to make this easy as possible to read so bullets:

-Weight trained from 17-24 no AAS
-MMA from about 27-37 (current)
-Went from >25%BF @220 to currently 170 no idea what BF is
-Didn't do weights just Calisthenics/Body Weight Exercises (1 Arm Pushups, 1 Arm Pullups, 1 Leg Pistols, Planches)

Ok now I know I want to bulk but since I'm going to basically be new to weights I am very unsure on if I should wait or not and lift for a year or so without any supplements like PH's or SARMs?

Was also contemplating going to the doc for TRT, but not sure if I should try other avenues first.

Currently trying to bulk, pretty much about 3-3500 cal/day.
Macros break down to about

135g FAT
140g CARBS
340g PROTEIN

40% FAT
15-20% CARBS
40-45% PROTEIN

Don't know what my BF is if anyone has a guess and any advice where to go from here I'm all ears. I'm a sponge. Not sure what other info is needed.

Thanks for the help.

Damn you look good, nice job

Sorry no one has responded to you. I hate that. First off, the whole 'should I wait?' honestly mainly applies to two categories:
- People underage
- People whose bodyfat% is too high

You are neither. So, you can run something if you'd like. You can go the PH route if you'd like, but I'm a Sarms fan. On a triple stack you'd gain a little while hardening and cutting, all the while increasing your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. To me it's a great thing to be on.

SarmsSearch is the only place I trust for Sarms. Check them out. If you decide to go this route (hope you do), and need help with setting up a cycle or dosages, don't hesitate.

I've been reading up on SARMS lately and think i'll go on a SARMS stack before my first AAS run.

Thanks - SarmsSearch looks like the way to go, good reviews all around.

i'm confused why you want to go on HRT at 37. you would be shutting off your own hormones if you did that.. don't see the point in doing that .. you seem like a healthy guy so just cycle and worry about HRT when you get older

if its true you weight trained in your earlier years then you will have some nice muscle memory. i would weight train and get that back.. but it all depends on your goals. i can vouch for test infusion which you would like very much. a natty test booster. there are ample supplements at mr supps and NTBM you could use.. and then uniquemicals has some nice SARMS .. really up to you what you like

I would work out naturally for a couple months or more, at least. This way, you don't start out injuring yourself using juice and getting strength too fast for your joints/tendons/ligaments. "Break" your body into it first, that's my look on it.

Get back in he flow and get your body accustomed to weight training again before you jump on aas or sarms, see what you an gain natural and im sure you will be suprised!..When you ready and if you choose to go the sarms route.. use sarmssearch..they have the best products you can find in this area around!
