Please critique my pct!!

I was so lethargic last time I ran gw (tried both ss and u), that I don't know if I would try again.
Rock rock --I am pretty ignorant on this issue. I did not run hgc on cycle and wanted to make sure I got restarted with the fairly high initial clomid/nolva dose. What is the reason for running it lower? Really appreciate the advice looking to understand reasoning.

Studies show that there is no additional benefit or stimulus of the LH at doses of Clomid over 50mg, or 20mg of Nolva. The only thing you would get from the higher doses would be additional side effects

Thanks for the explanation-- slept well for the first time last night dropping from 100/40 to 50/20 clomid/nolva. Don't feel like crap!
