Hello there I had been lurking around these boards for a few weeks and noticed that alot of people seem to know what they are talking about in regards to training and drugs etc.
So I decide to post my training schedule/ diet/ stats for critique.

Here goes:

Stats: 92 kg, very lean (about 9% body fat), 6 foot tall, 27 years of age.
Training history: Thai-boxing, wrestling since I was 10 years old.
Weight lifting about 2 years ago.
Goals: To get even leaner and build some more muscles too.

Diet: Day 1-6 protein 70%/ Fat 30% /Carbs=negligible
Day 7 protein 50%/ Fat 30% Carbs 20%
Eating about 400-200 calories below maintenance; except 7th day when it is about 500+ maintenance.
Mainly turkey, chicken, pure protein shake, fish oil pills, powder fiber (lol for shitting)

Drugs: B12 injection every second day 3mls, (Ephedrine 220 mg + single nodose (caffine pill) + single aspirin 500mg)= half hour before my morning training, again in the afternoon at work, and one more in the late afternoon before my thai-boxing/wrestling training at night)
The drugs give me a feeling of power and energy 24/7, I can lift more and I am more aggressive in the ring too.
Friends think I am on the gear but I am not.

Training: Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Day 2: Hamstrings, Quads, Calves
Day 3: Rows, weighted chinups, biceps, forearms
Day 4: Shoulders, chest, triceps
Day 5: Hamstrings, Quads, Calves
Day 6: Weighted chins, traps, biceps
Day 7: rest carb up

All exercises are heavy compond movements, eg Chest= bench press, Hamstrings= Stiff leg dead lifts, Quads= squats etc.
Average sets= 8 reps= 6-10

At night every night: Sparring, thai boxing, skiping, wrestling.

Ancilliary stress 8): girlfriend, day job as a lawyer.

Results: I do not seem to be putting on weight, I only notice some increase in water weight after my 7th day carb up (usually 1-2 kg)
But I do notice a consistant increase in my strength; lift increase is roughly 5 lbs per week.
But it can stall for a few weeks and than it goes up again.
Ketostix results usually between small (15mg/dl) and medium (40mg/dl) I test 3 times a day once in the morning, once midday, once evening.
Yeah I have bad breath too; not sure if it is due to ketosis or my bad set of teeth.........

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to improve my program?
I am in Sydney Australia, so I get my Ephedrine from Sudafed pills a local cold and flu medication, it is a hassle getting it as each stall would only sell one per person per week due to police crack down on sudefed ephedrine being used to make speed.
As for b12 injections they are totally legal and I get them in stacks of 3 mls.

Cheers

You are not eating enough it seems to be putting on weight. Also I am not sure what the percentages you listed mean either. Additionally IMO you are training to much. You are hitting each muscle group 2+ times a week. Combined with the kickboxing, wrestling etc., that you are doing and the fact that you don't seem to be getting addiquate calorie and carb intake this would be the reason for why your weight is not going up. You need to eat more calories then your burn in order to gain weight. You will need to increase your complex carb intake to reach your goal.

Drugs.

The percentages are referring to the percent of fat/protein/carbs in my daily diet.
The maintenance calories = lbs x 12; I know if I eat below that I lose weight.

As for my training; I do not seem to suffer from combining the weight training with the thai-boxing and wrestling: I think it has been such a part of my life for so long that my body has adjusted to it.
You are right about a need to increase my diet intake.
I am trying to figure out how much to increase though eheh.
I am not sure how to come up with an accurate figure since the ephedrine/caffine/aspirin stack + b12 injections have increased my metabolism above normal rates. (LOL I sweat like a smelly camel in bed and I was not even jerking off or having sex at the time........)

Oh well thanks for your input I will see what I come up with this week.

Cheers bro.

Carb up increase.

Yes I am going to increase my day 7 carb intake to 70% and see if that will fix the problem; if not I will just increase overall carb intake.
I will also increase calorie intake by 100 cal increments; up to a level where I get ok water weight but not too much.

Thanks for the input.
