Ok folks now I know I need some major work to achieve my goals, which are for my abs and obliques to bust out. I was much fatter 10 months ago (215) now I'm down to 190 & STUCK there!!! I'm looking to get down to 180 by early summer. I plan on doing a cycle or two of Clen with a VERY clean diet, but will that be enough to get me where I wanna go? I work out 5-6 days a week and I do Cardio 3-4 of those days for no less then 30-35 mins. I would love too hear your input, also sorry the pics aren't that great
and yes I'm in my undies...lol
