I decided to add a pilates class to my workout because it's great for skating and a really good ab workout--I love the feeling after working my abs but hate actually doing it, so I figure this structure will be good. I've taken a pilates class from this same lady before and it was always a great workout.
Am I still going to need to do any additional ab/lower back workouts (using weights/resistance) or should this hour a week be enough? I've actually got really strong ab and lower back muscles as it is, I'm just waiting for my diet/cardio to help un-bury them! The class is on Monday nights starting the 12th--which means I'll have to flip-flop my trainigh schedule around a tad since that's the only night it's offered and I usually did abs on Tuesdays/Thursdays, but that's no big deal.
