Pictures of my progress over last 6 years...18-24

Who needs bodybuilding if you already look like that. I want to look good but strength is my #1 priority. Awesome numbers and awesome physique. Keep PL and switch to the fluffy BB stuff if and when you get too old to stay competitive.

lmao!! no dude i hit a cycle. i was shaving at 15! thanks man

Dave! Hey man, I got an important question, I want your opinion.

I train very intense, eat clean, and am very focused about BB. I DO NOT desire to be huge, or massive , but big.

I'm about to turn 21 and I have had many 2nd thoughts about doing a test/winstrol cycle because a large # of people are telling me that the test spike will immediately stunt my growth.

What about you - you said you started much sooner....I don't know what to do?

What do you think .... I have done tons of research on the cycle, and I've planned it out very well.

I don't really want to wait three years to get the size that I want to be, which I know this cycle would give me.

Do you think it would hurt???

Thanks.

well i did my first cycle at 20 and grew another 1/2" after that cycle and im alot taller than both my parents so i dont think it stunted my growth. My buddy started at 19 and is like 1-1.5" taller than when he started. I personally would stay away from winny because its effects on joints, especially when you do your first cycle because you will get alot stronger and the last thing you need is dry joints. Stick with test only for your first cycle.

Great work bro you sure have made some insane progress over the years. Being that you started as such a skinny guy it really shows what hard work can do.

what do your typical cycle look like these days? Dosage and duration if you don't mind.

Test, usually just prop or sustanon. Ive done short cycles in the past (like 8-10wks) and I find I cant hold the gains as well as I do with longer cycles. Ive never gone over 1g a week. Last cycle I ran sus and prop for 14 weeks at like 700mg/wk and tried Tren A @35mg ed for 4 weeks at the end, it was decent. This cycle Im currently on I am on week 12 of sust @ 750wk, started with dbol at 40mg for 4weeks in the beginning. Now Im 1.5 weeks into 100mg of drol(first time), and I havent gained a single pound from it yet, Ive actually lost a couple pounds lol. Like I said before I dont retain water at all. And I always use HCG either throughout the cycle or for like 4 weeks at the end. That pretty much sums it up, 3+ months of test with an oral thrown in here or there.

Thanks alot for all the compliments everybody, i really appreciate it.

Also i forgot to add this in my first post, thought this would be interesting to some.

I havent done a dedicated arm workout in like 2 years, maybe longer. I hit my bis by doing pulldowns/rows for back and maybe 3-4 sets of curls a month. For my tris I do 3-4 sets a week at the most, they get hammered benching and shoulder pressing enough. And i have never done a forearm workout in my life

Not that my arms are huge (15" forearms, 17" bis), but you dont need to do 6 exercises and 30 sets for 2 hours on just your arms. I hate watching people waste there time doing this week in and week out.

Those pics are clear proof that powerlifting makes you fat, injures you and doesn't build 'real muscle'.

If only more of people would do the same kind of hard work for several years they might actually look like they juiced.

Nice work, you look a lot like I did a couple years ago.. same #'s too (before I decided to get fat :p)

edit - doing a few sets of curls for 20 reps every pulling workout not only helped my chronically shitty elbows, but got my arms bigger too. Don't dave and the other EFS guys reccomend that?
