he would hit the lats with pull downs,hit the upper back with shrugs bent over rows to the chest with a barbell to build up the mid back, focus more on developing his upper back in width and density to match his lower back, focus on shaping out his calves, build the lateral head of the delts ,shape and peak the biceps,isolate the triceps to build the lower head and define out the horseshoe,work on the abb and adductors to add upper leg definement
work on the seperation,hit the muscle from different angle such as incline presses, front squats, and throw in other excersizes to hit the muscle at different angles to refine the body
follow his routine now as the bulk of the work load but add in isolation movements with more red fiber targeting in the 8-12 range as well as keep his core movements in the 1-3 rep range
The guys has a serious foundation like he mentioned he trains for strenght and his sport , Not that i would ever critque anyone I was just mentioning what I would suggest if he came over to the bodybuilding side of training.
excellent results man ,like I mentioned above some one asked what you would do as a bodybuilder, so ofcoarse i just mentioned what bodybuilders pretty much do just try and build everything to match other body parts then just shape it out
