lookin great bro. Definately stick with powerlifting... we need some more powerlifters and strongmen representin over here on EF! Uve got some sick numbers for bein just over 200lbs.

Just kidding. Awesome work. I think your pics are a great example for newbs who think that this can be accomplished in 1 cycle.

What cycle can I take that will add 30 pounds and drop me to single digit bf%?

Well how about a busting your ass cycle of lifting, eating and sleeping perfect for six years with gear as a boost, not the total answer.

And no the var and test didnt lean me up, my diet did. When i took those pictures i was eating extremely clean, and not enough either i might add.

solid work, you have alot to be proud of. you have definatley built an awesome base to transition to bb if you ever decide to go that route. i prefer to power lift also although i do not have the #'s you do. it really makes my day when i hit a PR. ive tried doing more volume work towards the bb style but i just do not seem to get any staisfaction out of it like i do moving the weight. just my 2 cc's...........
