well basically I do M/W/F split rotating upper body and lower body days, its called westside training. My diet is basically eat everything I can throughout the day as long as it has alot of protein or alot of carbs. I have an extremely fast metabolism and its what i have to do to maintain this bw. Probably take in an average of 5K calories a day.
And no the var and test didnt lean me up, my diet did. When i took those pictures i was eating extremely clean, and not enough either i might add.
