work on the seperation,hit the muscle from different angle such as incline presses, front squats, and throw in other excersizes to hit the muscle at different angles to refine the body

follow his routine now as the bulk of the work load but add in isolation movements with more red fiber targeting in the 8-12 range as well as keep his core movements in the 1-3 rep range

The guys has a serious foundation like he mentioned he trains for strenght and his sport , Not that i would ever critque anyone I was just mentioning what I would suggest if he came over to the bodybuilding side of training.

excellent results man ,like I mentioned above some one asked what you would do as a bodybuilder, so ofcoarse i just mentioned what bodybuilders pretty much do just try and build everything to match other body parts then just shape it out
Yes good points raised chazk. Just out of interest I have a PLer friend whos come over to BBing. I also know of others who have done so, & their bodies just go mad on the higher rep ranges. My Mate is doing his 2nd contest in 2 weeks. He has a definate chance. Its all about muscle types. Quads & calfs, arms esp forearms & back get big & defined real quick.

well basically I do M/W/F split rotating upper body and lower body days, its called westside training. My diet is basically eat everything I can throughout the day as long as it has alot of protein or alot of carbs. I have an extremely fast metabolism and its what i have to do to maintain this bw. Probably take in an average of 5K calories a day.

And no the var and test didnt lean me up, my diet did. When i took those pictures i was eating extremely clean, and not enough either i might add.
