Wow, you look great! 8 weeks?! Talk about "muscle memory"! Obviously you've been taking good care of yourself even though you weren't weight training.

Certainly blows out of the water the old excuse "...all that muscle will turn to fat if you stop..."

White Night...............WOW!
Only 8 weeks, are you sure:D you look great.
And 2kids later, fantastic.
Keep up the good work:angel:

I'll tell you it feels good to work out again,

Can't wait to take the next set of pics to see the diff.
Maybe another 8 weeks or so. :)

Oh, oh , I think I'm hooked again

Fantastic

You look absolutly fantrastic!!! How in the heck did you do that in 8 weeks? What kind of workout regimn are you on? Dieting? How often? etc..... That's amazing....Nice truck pix...I have a 1979 ford 429 b/o 60, 39" tires, workin' on the lift, I call him...Big Yeller!
Keep up the good work!!!:D

Thanks.
Just sticking to what I see on the board-
2 days x 30 minute cardio
3 daysx weights ( as heavy as I can go)
2 days off

Diet-
I just tried the link that keiko posted for calculating intake ( thanks-good link)
and for yesterday i had
1141 calories, 13 gr fat, 38 gr carbs, 163 gr protein
I weigh in at 119 lbs now.

That's an average days intake for me.

Your truck sounds pretty nice also.
We took first place this weekend in the X class at a bog race. Love to get dirt ;)
