DAY 2 OF SQ
Ok, second day of trying it the SQ route. First day I did it on my waist besides my lower abs.
Today, I did it about 3 inches from my middle abs. I woke up this morning from only one shot yesterday and definately felt tight. Like after a hard ab workout. And in the mirror I appeared tighter than usual.
Now again, please note that I am not doing this to lose bodyfat in the abdominal area as my bodyfat is already low anyway as most of you know from my past pics, I don't carry much fat at anytime. I am just doing this to see if there is any difference from taking it this way as opposed to IM delivery. Again, I used a pair of pins that I had mixed and loaded 5 weeks ago. They were last, I will have to mix up a new batch tonight.
I did things a little different this morning. In addition to the new sites of injects, I woke up at 5AM, did my shooting then, drank 24 ounces of Crystal Lite lemonade and went right back to bed. Unlike yesterday morning where I sat around for an hour doing odd things, I went back to bed right away. Woke up at 6AM, did my Godzilla roar on the bathroom throne, drank my patented AAP musclebuilding cocktail mix and did 30 mins of the treadmill. Showered and ate.
I do notice a bit of soreness at the inject site now. I have never gotten this before, not even when I was shooting biceps.
I haven't weighed myself to see if my weight changed because I think that is going to be misleading as I just came from 4 weeks on vacation where I did nothing but eat, drink and fuck. So I am certain if my weight drops, it is from water retention loss and not fat loss.
