well.... 1 month update.
lost 12 pounds, gained 2 back this week.
but i used a different scale, ate crap food for the past 2 days in job training school, and havent shit in 2 days either (even while on this).
so i'm sure i'll drop 2 pounds real quick once i get back to my routine.
anyways 10 definate pounds in one month is still really good.
i started back up on my cycle as i said i was gonna do, because maybe its just me but i looked ......well.... thin.
also like i lost some muscle definition in areas, so i'm wondering if not being anabolic and having the body go through this ,if it is sucking away some muscle as well.
i'm upping the ante a lil' bit too, i'm gonna add tren to my anavar/proviron cycle as well as some low dose winny and igf/mgf (had a bit left over)
this should keep up my strength and cut me up. (as well as cleaning back up my diet.....i ate pizza, WTF!)
my goal is 15 more pounds to lose then slowly start adding it back under very strict diet/cardio/workouts/cycles....but that is still a bit a way.
gotta drop the last 15 first.
oh and i leaned over the sink to brush my teeth and saw all 6 abs!
kind of stoked about that one! havent seen that in almost 17 years.
