Ok, here's an update.
I have been on vacation 4 weeks, lots of binge eating and drinking.
I am not fat by any means, my BF% is still in the single digits, but I am bloated. I returned home Sunday (yesterday) and did some PGCL this morning in order to see if I can jettison some of this water.
In the past, I did it in my biceps. I did it SQ in my stomach just to see if it worked the same and because some of you keep asking about SQ injects.
Keep in mind, I am not fat and otherwise would have done it again in the biceps.
This is what I have noted :
It still works. It empties your stomach just the same.
I injected it at 530AM upon rising. On an empty stomach. Not like in the past where I did in the biceps at the end of the day after training. I woke up, injected, hit the treadmill for 30 mins at a brisk walk, and was cramping in the guts after 20 mins. I have learned that it is better to hold the "flood" in as long as you can before hitting the throne. If you run to the toilet as soon as you get "the feeling", you are just going to make multiple trips. Save it until it gets a bit unbearable then do your job all at once.
Once mixed, the product is very stable. The two pins I used were constituted and mixed 5 weeks ago. Yes, that is correct. it has been sitting loaded in the pin, in my desk drawer for 5 weeks. I used it and it worked just as well as if I had just mixed it.
I am already getting the tight feeling in my abs from the one use so far. Like I have done 500 crunches.
I will try this in the morning still for the rest of this week and report back my experience. Any questions, just post here.
