Hey everyone, jus gettin ready to start a sust 250/anavar cycle n was lookin for some advice with my pct.
Im 25, 6'2" 195lbs, 9% body fat
-been workin out hard for years
Diet: consists largely of grilled chicken breast, egg whites, tuna, beans, and sweet potatoes with one "cheater meal" a day. Consuming about 240 g of protein a day.
Wk 1-10 Sust 250 @ 500/wk (2 pins each 250)
Wk 5-13 Anavar @ 80 mg/day
Wk 13-18 Nolva 40/40/20/20/20 EOD
Wk 13-18 HCGenerate for some natty test boost n whatnot
Im not gonna change compounds except to add somethin otc or switch out the HCGenerate with somethin else you may like better. I hav access to sust, anavar, n nolva so those are locked in place. I can get some arimidex but dnt kno if ill need it. Also i hav 20 mg nolva tabs, is that a good 5 wk plan with the nolva? All help is appreciated, thanks
