PCT advice for sust/anavar cycle

Glad u liked that article, thought it was very thorough..one of the best ive read

Any thoughts of whether to do in the anavar at the beginning or end of my cycle? .. jump start gains or hardened up at the end?

Im taking sust/EQ right now and let me tell u, its really annoying waiting for this shit to kick in. its best to forget u even took it lol.

i would say if ur looking to get the best of both worlds u should take the var as a kick start for 4 weeks, and then give ur body (especially the liver) a lil break from the oral, and then finish up the cycle with andother 4 weeks of var at the end.

you should also consider picking up some N2Guard just to be on the safe side, but the 4 week break between the anavar split should be enough to keep ur liver and cholesterol somewhat safe.

anyways good luck with the cycle bro, im prolly gonna run anavar for my next cycle, just wish it wasnt so damn expensive lol

Dude i love that idea in theory for sure, but would that yield good overall results? Anyone out there done or heard anythin bout doin a split of 4 weeks var at beginning n 4 weeks at end bridging into pct? Sounds kick ass but is it practical?

I hear u bro, but the thing is that "good" results have a lot of other factors, such as, diet, training, supps etc. The way i layed out ur cycle would be the most practical way to do it considering the gear that u have and would yield the best overall results. Its very practical to run var as a kickstart for a couple of weeks and it's also practical to run it at the end for a couple of weeks to solidify ur gains.
But its not very practicle to run var for 9 weeks straight without giving ur body a break from it. U have to think more about ur overall health and wellbeing when planning a cycle. If ur running sust then u'll be happier if u kickstart with var coz u wont have to wait weeks for the sust to kick in. Then u stop the var and let the sust build on as much mass as possible. Then u harden up all ur gains with the var at the end.
Too much of anything is bad for u, thats why we go on forums like EF to research and ask questions so we dont have to find out first hand what could go wrong.
The most important thing is to be safe and be happy!
 
I've always read to do var at the end. If u want to kick start a cycle try beast or Dbol. I do var at the end and it is beautiful way to add a rapid build up in Stregth on top of what u have gained already.
