PB as snack

I see in many posts that PB is a favorite snack. About how much of it do you eat and with what do you have it with? 1 or 2 Tbsps. of ANPB w/ celery? Bread? Egg Whites?

i personally just take 4-5 spoonfulls of it in a cup and eat it... A lot of people can't deal with that though and if you're one of them then bread sounds like a good idea.

Also, this is going to sound crazy and random as hell, but peanut butter with matza (jewish food on passover) is really good too
 
mix a couple tablespoons of pb with some vanilla protein, and some oatmeal. mix it all together.
it will get thicker and you can just eat it with a spoon, or on crackers
 
i eat a handful of mixed raw nuts and berries between every meal. pb isnt any easier than raw nuts yet it isnt nearly as good for you.

i agree. but if you want something sorta sweet as a cheat, pb isnt not gonna kill an otherwise good diet, ya know
 
I'm allergic to PB, is almond butter just as good? I've been having a tbsp every now and then as a treat...

never had it. compare the labels at the store. also i think the all natural pb is a rip off. check fat against fuggin jif or some other brand for half the cost. same shit in it, different label

no its not. your only reading half of it. look at the list of ingredients. regualr pb is not a healthy anything. its crap. a good natty pb will have 1 ingrediant- peanuts. the fat is the reason you are eating pb. you dont want low fat.
 
if you want to eat pb as a snack check out needtobuildmuscles pb. at least using this you will get some sort of balance.
