Anybody experienced this...
What I normally eat for breakfast. (I can scarf this down in like 2sec no Prob)
5whites, 1 whole
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup dry oatmeal
What I had today (pancake mix)
4 whites, 1 whole
1 scoop protein pow
1/4 cup whole flower
1/4 cup oatmeal
1tsp vanilla
Cinnamon
By the time I finished the pancakes I was so full I thought I was gonna puke. Weird how when you mix these things together all of a sudden their 2x's as filling. WTF
