Leg workout today was alright, nothing special. Real tired from work last night. Closing again tonight then opening tomorrow, and have to hit the gym BEFORE I open. So tomorrow is going to be rough.
Hit lunges, stiff leg deadlifts, hack squats, ham curls, calves and 400cals of cardio.
