Hello everyone, currently I am 80 pounds overweight and last week I started with a fitness training program in Athletic Edge Toronto. But some of my friends told me that, exercises alone is not going to help me in losing weight, I need to focus on the diets too. But, I have a very busy routine and I’m not getting much time to spare to master my food charts. But, for the past two days I have began to give more emphasis on my diet and I hope achieve my goal asap.
