Hi guys I'm going on osta and ghrp, and would like to know what you think of this Diet or what I should add or take away, I run 2miles to work and then gym as I get there 5x per week, I'm 5'11 and 82kg or 180.4 pounds and 11% bf, planning to cut and build lean
Meal 1: post shake (28g p and 20g c) banana and carrot
Meal 2 : 4 eggs and veg (about 2 mixed handfuls)
Meal 3 : 2 med sized chicken breasts and home made seed bread (works out to 10g protein and 12g carbs per 2 slices)
Meal 4: serving of post shake
Meal 5: 300g steak with a potato and green veg
Meal 6 : a serving of casien before bed
I will chop and change chicken etc around with tuna or something of the sort but just an idea
