ok guys need sum input. tryin to bulk up n loose body fat at the same time as ive just missed 3 mths of training afta a busted shoulder. lean mass in other words

i want to get to about 210 n 10%. just started a beastdrol cycle with all the correct support n pct in hand etc. 2 tabs for 6 weeks with need2stim the last 4 weeks.

my diet/training looks like this

pre breaky cardio every day for 20 min. light run or fast incline walk

breakfast

small bowl of bran cereal, no fat milk
4 hard boiled eggs
1 protein shake mrm metabolic whey

lunch

200gr fish
1 tblspn tartare sauce (sorry but i luv it lol)
4 slices of white bread

pre workout shake
4pm workout 4 days a week
post workout shake

5pm meal

150grms steak with either tinned beans. corn, peas or similar

8pm dinner

250-300grm steak or chicken breast with 2 cups veges. no sauces

b4 bed

protein shake


how duz this meal plan sound to u guys?
