Good session overall, second day of aggressive minicut. Pre workout meal attached, basmati rice, grill chicken, dash of butter and siracha sauce!!! Looks boring but did the job enough to fuel

yeah sometimes you can still get great pumps with low carbs.
You do have stored up glycogen in the muscles to tap into. So that proves it right there.
