I would never do this diet because it's impractical and unhealthy IMO. What I would like to know is, is the weight loss due to taking in less calories, even though you're eating a lot of fat, you're eating no complex carbs and that is usually 60-70% of your overall calorie intake?
damn alot of peeps here talking out there anus! the ckd is not a no carb diet. its about insulin management and insulin control. the timed refeed's are there for a purpose.. dial tone where can i get more info on zanes ckd style dieting?
