On a bulkcycle, do you change your workout?

Well I want to prioritate my arms, they are not responding to anything so I thought I would put them into the program so they will get 2 days off. I'm on a winny cycle right now, 100mg ED for 6 weeks. I do not need to put on more on my chest, or legs. But I REALLY need to put on some serious mass on my arms, they are pathetic. Sorry if I post this in this category, but I need help with thisone bad. My program today looks like this:
Mon: (1 ex. for chest and then 4 for shoulders)
Tues: Back, trapz, abs
Wedn: OFF
Thu: Legs, calfs
Frid: Arms
Sat: OFF
Sun: OFF

This is the program I've been using for a couple of weeks now, don't know If I should change it..Do you change your program when on a bulk cycle? More rest or more workouts while on and bulking???
 
Well what does your arm workout look like?

Also some bodyparts are slower to respond then others. What always worked for me was really heavy straight bar curls. Do a search in the trainin forum I'm sure you will find what your lookin for
 
i change the pase and volume, when cutting i do more sets and excersises, with much less resting in between sets, i basicly go from set to set; when bulking i do less excersises, and rest plenty in between sets to make sure i put out 100% on each set

thats it.I do the same.I also bring my reps down to 4-6 range when putting on the weight.
