Well I want to prioritate my arms, they are not responding to anything so I thought I would put them into the program so they will get 2 days off. I'm on a winny cycle right now, 100mg ED for 6 weeks. I do not need to put on more on my chest, or legs. But I REALLY need to put on some serious mass on my arms, they are pathetic. Sorry if I post this in this category, but I need help with thisone bad. My program today looks like this:
Mon: (1 ex. for chest and then 4 for shoulders)
Tues: Back, trapz, abs
Wedn: OFF
Thu: Legs, calfs
Frid: Arms
Sat: OFF
Sun: OFF
This is the program I've been using for a couple of weeks now, don't know If I should change it..Do you change your program when on a bulk cycle? More rest or more workouts while on and bulking???
