Off-Season Strategy...NEED ADVICE!

Ok guys, I need some help deciding how to approach the time from Jan-July before next football season. I haven't lifted heavy in three months, thanks to a partially torn tricep and tricep tendon which I played with all season. All of December will be dedicated to rehab and just getting my body back into lifting. (My chest is sore from doing 3x8 on the incline bench with only 135lbs!)

Before the injury, I was 290lbs, 16-17% bf. I'm still 285lbs, but have obviously lost lean mass, not being able to lift. I'm probably 18%bf right now. I'd like to come into next season at 275-280, 13-14%bf... i think I was too heavy this year.

I'll probably just run Test Prop at 600mgs/wk for all of June and July because that doesn't put me in danger of testing positive. And I believe in time on = time off, so I'll want to be off April and May.

That means I have Jan, Feb, and March to cycle as well. It's this period for which I need to figure out an approach. Whether I bulk, cut, or something in between, what drugs to use, how to approach diet, etc. My training will be geared toward increasing functional lower body strength and speed, as these are my weaknesses. I bench over 450 healthy, so upper body strength isn't a concern.

I know this seems really vague... thats intentional. I'm kind of hoping to just get some of the valuable meathead brains on here brainstorming, as I'm completely open to ideas. Thanks for any advice or suggestions.

n.b. remember i get tested, so deca/eq is impossible. 5 month clearance drugs like long acting test, etc are ok but would have to be done by end of feb.
 
Keep it simple, just use the test. Eth. or cyp will be fine. Well, let me re-state that, since the huge flow of fina onto the market and it's obvious muscle buiding propeties and how it help w/fat loss it would be a nice addition to test in your case.

What about Winny while I'm doing a bunch of sprint training? I've heard good things... never used it though.

Should I just continue to eat like I normally do and just let the drugs and training adjust my body comp? Or should I cut a little more aggressively at first to get down, then bulk back up a little over the summer?

If I were you I would bulk, especially in your situation. Try to build(get back) the most muscle u can then in june and july do the test post like planned and watch your diet, the fat shouldn't be a prob.

And yes, go ahead and throw in the winny along w/the tren., they work synergistically(sp) and if u are sensitive to progen. gyno the winny should keep it at bay! Good luck.

Thanks for the advice, Maxx. I've never used fina or winny so that would be new to me. I'd be intered to hear some more ideas from others....
 
Prop is very good for speed work, foot speed and turn over are directly related to power. My off season cycle was 300mgs prop week thru July. Suspension is another good choice, and enanthate isnt bad but I prefer the tighter control in and out with tested athletes.
By the way I was a running back in college. 5'9" 228 ran a 4.49 and yes I got tested. 6 times total.
Winny has a mythical status as a speed drug, Ben johnson started it with his positive test and many still believe he thought he was taking something else.
Try to get a hold of some epitestosterone.
 
I've gotten in this argument too many times...look, winstrol is very over-rated for sprinting. Ben Johnson didn't like to use it because it made him too stiff....for the 88 games he prepped with oral turinibol and low dose test. his previous fav had been very low dose dianabol cycled 4 weeks on 4 weeks off. Johnson tested positive for the stuff because his sample was spiked.

I personally have torn a hamstring and also had alot of elbow problems on winstrol, and I have seen it happen to other sprinters. yes it will give good CNS stimulation and "explosiveness" with no extra water but anavar, tren or test with anti-estros can do the same thing.

if you use d-bol take it only after your running workouts, not before...too much muscle pump if taken before.
 
Hmmm... Well its sounding like lots of Test and Armidex. Maybe I'll take this opportunity to really go heavy with test... perhaps 1g per week for 8 weeks followed by two weeks of taper.

Hugh and HBone.... what would you guys suggest with diet on this? Perhaps really try to bulk the first 5 weeks then go to clean maintainance calories and up the sprinting to lean out a little?
