Things are about to HEAT up!!!

so as of yesterday, I've signed up with a new coach and let's just say I'm super excited to see what progress can be made with him. He's an IFBB pro who has poured all his effort into coaching as that's his true passion now, he's worked alongside some of the best to ever do it. Chris Aceto being one and AJ sims, he's also spent time in Dubia and oxygen gym, so he's built his knowledge from Olympia coaches.
getting my plan off him today so I'll keep the log updated on new training and diet programs and see what progress I can make before next September shows.

looking forward to taking the raptor team along for the ride and I hope I present well for them the next time I hit the stage. @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

I think the main thing to focus on atm is my food choices, sounds like he's taking out all refined foods and just sticking to whole foods, so it'll be interesting to see what that does to the physique.
