Pleasantly surprised with check in this morning weight went to an all-time high of 111.8kg not sure how long i can sustain this progressive weight jumps as I've pulled DHB out and lowering the dose but I'm hopeful I can stay around the same weight with less MG's

little more volume this session with slightly less weight, my reasoning for this is joints have been taking a beating the last couple of weeks with all the heavy weights so i've dropped the weight slightly and added in extra sets.
session was just as good and arguably had better form as well with the weight reduction.

stayed the same this week 750mg total but will look to reduce that again at some stage soon to give the body a rest,
it's just hard as I've been progressing so well you don't want it to stop but it has to be done.

over in Melbourne for the vics this weekend very excited to see all the boys put on a show especially the boys from the @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep team, looking to gain even more motivation from this weekend to push my off season to the next level and make sure this time next year I bring a great package to stage.
