I bought the natural quaker oats and am finally ready to get my diet as close to perfect as I can....I work in an office and can't be sitting there eating all day, plus eating cups and cups of oatmeal gets boring....so here is what I do.....with lunch and an afternoon meal, I put a bunch of dry oats in a cup, put a shitload in my mouth, and wash it down with water....this is cool, right? And this is a top-quality carb to have, correct?
